Do I need to be on a specific diet for CoolShaping treatment to work?
The answer is no. However, we always encourage our clients to be on a balanced diet. We also encourage daily walking but it does not have to be vigorous. Some movement is better than no movement!
Does CoolShaping treatment hurt?
Nope it does not. Our CoolShaping treatment is non-invasive and pain free. However, there might be a slight discomfort, but clients can always communicate that to their therapist and something will be done to cope with that.
